New Delhi to the fore as ISSF awards event hosting rights

The International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) has confirmed that its 2017 World Cup Finals in the rifle, pistol and shotgun disciplines will be staged in the Indian capital of New Delhi.

The ISSF reached the decision at its Executive Committee meeting in Moscow, Russia. Dates for the three events have not been confirmed.

The ISSF also announced that the inaugural Target Sprint World Championship, which combines air rifle shooting and running, will be staged in Suhl, Germany from September 22-30, 2017. The competition will be held alongside the Rifle and Pistol Junior World Championship.
