NBA remains in limbo as players agree to take pay cuts

National Basketball Association commissioner Adam Silver has admitted it remains impossible for the league to make any decisions about whether or when to resume the season due to the ongoing uncertainty of the impact of the global Covid-19 pandemic.

Following the league’s April board of governors meeting, Silver told reporters that all options remain on the table for trying to resume play, including having teams isolated and playing without spectators. Delaying the start of next season is also an option, Silver said.
