NBA 2K League to stage The Turn in Las Vegas

The NBA 2K League will stage The Turn, its second tournament of the season, at HyperX Esports Arena Las Vegas at the Luxor Hotel and Casino on May 9-11.

It marks the first time that the NBA’s competitive esports league will be held outside of the NBA 2K League Studio in New York City.

“The atmosphere in the NBA 2K League Studio during games is electric,” said NBA 2K League managing director Brendan Donohue in a statement. “We are thrilled to bring the best NBA 2K players in the world and that studio experience to our fans in Las Vegas.”

Donohoe told reporters at the NBA 2K League Draft in March that the league would take at least one of its events on the road in the coming season.
