Fox Corporation and News Corporation have announced the formation of special committees designed to assess the potential reunification of the two media companies.
Fox Corporation was formed in March 2019 as a result of Walt Disney Company’s completion of its acquisition of the majority of 21st Century Fox’s assets. The remainder – including the US operations of Fox Sports - were spun off into the new company.
