PGA Tour commissioner Jay Monahan has said the organization is ready to "move on" from the threat of a potential Saudi-backed breakaway league in the wake of multiple leading players resisting overtures from the Greg Norman-led LIV Golf Investments.
Norman issued a combative open letter to Monahan last month, claiming, among other things, that the PGA Tour commissioner could not ban any player from joining a new league.
