McLaren Racing is to release a series of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in partnership with open-source blockchain company Tezos to mark the forthcoming Formula 1 grands prix in Singapore and Japan.

Beginning in time for this weekend’s race at the Marina Bay Street Circuit in Singapore, McLaren will issue NFTs depicting one page of a seven-page comic strip daily, with 400 editions of each page available. The NFTs, which have been designed by Vietnamese cyberpunk illustrator Meine Nguyen, will cost $9.99 (€10.27) each.
