The Matchroom Boxing promoter has moved away from its traditional recruitment model by hiring Daniel Underwood and Alex Haines.
Underwood joins as global head of marketing and communications following over eight years at the UK arm of telecoms company Vodafone, latterly as head of marketing and communications.
