LPGA cancels tournament in Hainan for fourth year

The Ladies Professional Golf Association has cancelled its tournament in Hainan, China for the fourth year running, due to the pandemic.

The Blue Ray LPGA, which is organised in collaboration with the IMG agency, the China Golf Association and the CLPGA, was scheduled to take place March 9-12. The LPGA said it was cancelled on guidance from the CGA, "due to ongoing COVID-19 related matters".
