Liverpool returns to profit after commercial revenue jumps to £247m

English Premier League club Liverpool has returned to profit for the first time since the 2018-19 financial reporting period, with revenues increasing by £107m (€122.1m/$129.6m) to £594m.

Liverpool has today (Tuesday) issued its financial report for the period ending May 31, 2022, registering a profit before tax of £7.5m. This follows Covid-19 affected losses of £4.8m and £46m following the 2018-19 profit of £42m.
