Liverpool FC has announced that it is making its first move into the world of NFTs, launching a digital collectibles series known as the LFC Heroes Club.
The Merseyside club is working in partnership with auction house Sotheby’s and will deliver the digital artworks through the Polygon blockchain platform, which claims to be one of the most energy-efficient crypto services on the market.
