Mexico's Liga MX and California-based identity verification platform Incode Technologies have partnered to introduce Incode's Fan ID across Mexico's stadiums in the country's premier soccer division.

Fans will have to complete an identity verification process to be cleared to attend the more than 400 Liga MX annual matches. By using Incode's technology, Liga MX will onboard more than 5 million fans to process more than 50,000 people per game. The Fan ID technology takes less than five seconds to authenticate and will be in place for all 35 teams and more than 30 stadiums.
