The World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association (WPBSA) has charged all 10 Chinese players currently suspended from the World Snooker Tour (WST) with match-fixing offences, and life bans potentially await for offenders including former Masters champion, Yan Bingtao, and UK Championship winner, Zhao Xintong.
Following a detailed investigation by the WPBSA Integrity Unit, working closely with its integrity partner, sports technology company Sportradar, the WPBSA has decided that the 10 players have a case to answer in respect of alleged breaches of the WPBSA Conduct Regulations.
