Libra investor makes new proposal amid concerns over trio

Mubadala Capital, the financier of Libra, one of two collectives of Brazilian clubs seeking to drive plans for a new football league system, has made another offer in a bid to stop defections to the rival Liga Forte Futebol (LFF) group, amid reports a trio of teams are reconsidering their plans.
