LaLiga North America – a joint venture between LaLiga and Relevent Sports – has announced a multi-faceted collaboration with direct-to-consumer platform Sling TV.
This partnership includes the creation of the Sling TV La Liga Ambassadors Club, which will involve meet-and-greets with former LaLiga stars and player Q&As on Facebook Live throughout the season.
Sling TV will also offer unique LaLiga experiences and merchandise with sweepstakes, giveaways and promotions across both partners’ platforms.
Weekly Spanish-language and English-language digital round-up shows, the Luis Garcia Show and the Jimmy Conrad Show, will also appear on the Dish Network-operated platform.
Sling TV currently broadcasts all LaLiga regular season matches via beIN Sports and beIN Sports en Español.
LaLiga North America is focusing on content to raise the profile of Spanish soccer in the States. This includes the 12-episode English-language documentary series United States of LaLiga, which showcases the stories of LaLiga supporters across the US.
