The first episodes of KOTV will debut throughout south-east Asia, the Middle East, eastern Europe and key western European markets.
The show will be distributed weekly via satellite from Globecast’s facilities in London.
Said David Helliwell, KOTV’s director of operations: “Pre-sales since the launch at Sportel Miami earlier in the year have exceeded all expectations.
“The take up of the show has been truly astounding – especially considering we have been selling from a pilot only to date.”
At Sportel Monaco in October the KOTV team will, amongst others, be concentrating their efforts on the Americas. “If there is one market where we could and should be signing more deals it’s the US,” said David McConachie, managing director.
