Juventus board resigns, club set to present revised accounts

The entire board of Serie A club Juventus has stepped down as the club announced it will present restated accounts in response to allegations of false accounting and market manipulation in the transfer of players.

A club statement said the board, led by chairman Andrea Agnelli and vice-president Pavel Nedved, had resigned "in the best interest of the company".
