Japanese government to explore daylight saving time, Tokyo 2020 set for facial recognition tech

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has ordered his party to consider the merits of introducing daylight saving time during the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games to ensure athlete safety, while the organising committee for the events has today (Tuesday) revealed plans to introduce a facial recognition system for athletes and other officials.
