The International Basketball Federation (Fiba) has said the Italian Basketball Federation (FIP) and French Basketball Federation (FFBB) have agreed that their clubs will participate exclusively in competitions organised jointly by the sport’s global governing body and domestic leagues, as it moves forward with plans to establish its Basketball Champions League event.
