Indian Premier League cricket side Mumbai Indians have strengthened their health procedures for the upcoming IPL with the introduction of a smart ring personal health tracking device.

The ring will be worn by every member of the team to help prevent the spread of the virus. The ring monitors vital data such as heart rate, heart rate variation, respiratory rate and body temperature and identifies any irregularities so asymptomatic signs can be caught.
