IOC targets pathway for Russian, Belarusian athletes at Paris 2024

The International Olympic Committee has further progressed efforts to have Russian and Belarusians compete as neutral athletes ahead of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, following a meeting of its Executive Board (EB) yesterday.
