Instagram ‘blocks’ Thompson-Herah for sharing non-rights-holder Olympic footage

Jamaican sprinter Elaine Thompson-Herah, who this week became the first woman to retain both the 100-metre and 200-metre Olympic titles, says that she has been "blocked" by Instagram after posting footage of her races on the social media platform.

The Jamaican shared non rights-holding broadcaster footage of her races to her 307,000 Instagram followers.
