The English Premier League has suspended its six-season media rights agreement with Russian broadcaster Match TV as the fallout from Russia's invasion of Ukraine looks set to continue into the 2022-23 season.

SportBusiness understands that clubs were informed of the decision at the league's annual general meeting in Harrogate today (Thursday). The decision was taken unilaterally by the league without a vote among clubs.
