HKRU in ‘advanced talks’ over Covid-19 protocols for Hong Kong Sevens event in November

The Hong Kong Rugby Union (HKRU) is in “advanced talks” with government officials about hosting arrangements for the World Rugby Sevens Series event set to take place at Hong Kong Stadium later this year.
