Chinese fast fashion brand Heilan Home announced on its Weibo page yesterday that it had signed a deal with Espanyol football player Wu Lei.
The deal came after Wu's fame hit a new high when he scored against Barcelona at the weekend. It is the latest in a string of commercial deals linked to the strong Chinese interest in following the fortunes of a homegrown player in one of Europe's top football leagues.
