National Football League commissioner Roger Goodell has hinted that Europe could one day support a four-team division, with potentially multiple franchises in London.
Goodell was speaking in the United Kingdom capital ahead of the Green Bay Packers' clash against the New York Giants at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on October 9.
