Vincent Gaillard is to leave his position as the chief executive of European Professional Club Rugby, the organising body of the Champions Cup and Challenge Cup club rugby union competitions, after six years in the role.
Following a handover transition period, the Swiss national will depart the organisation in autumn to pursue a number of business opportunities and non-executive functions.
