The Desert Ford Dealers arm of US automotive manufacturer Ford has signed on as the latest founding partner of Allegiant Stadium for NFL American football franchise the Oakland Raiders’ move to the new Las Vegas venue in 2020.

Desert Ford Dealers will also serve as the official vehicle of the Raiders when the team debuts in Las Vegas next year. Ford will have a dynamic presence throughout the stadium year-round which includes pregame tailgate activations and naming rights on the north gate entry.

There are five Ford dealerships in Las Vegas – Ford Country, Friendly Ford, Gaudin Ford, Rush Truck Center and Team Ford.

“Ford has a long-standing relationship with the National Football League and we are thrilled to continue that partnership with the Raiders as they make Las Vegas their home,” said Gary Ackerman of Gaudin Ford. “As the official vehicle of the Raider Nation, we are proud that members of the team and executive staff will take to the streets of Las Vegas in a Ford vehicle.”

The Legends Global Partnerships agency represented the Raiders to secure the founding partnership with Ford as a part of its duties as the stadium’s official premium ticketing and sponsorships agency.

In September, the Raiders signed California-based bottler and distributor of Coca-Cola, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, as a founding partner.

Legends Global Partnerships also secured the naming rights agreement with discount airline Allegiant Air in August, as well as brokering a deal with the sports entertainment platform Twitch as the stadium’s first founding partner.
