The Turkish Football Federation has announced that signing rights to various Turkish Süper Lig media rights packages have passed to the Saran agency and Turkish public broadcaster TRT after incumbent Digiturk, the Turkish pay-television operator owned by beIN Media Group, did not sign a contract by the specified deadline.

Having rejected a bid of TL2.105bn ($146m/€134m) per season from Digiturk for the all-encompassing global package and an offer from the broadcaster for the main live rights package, the TFF tender commission gave Digiturk until 5pm (local time) yesterday (Monday) to sign off on various other packages.
