Finland and Latvia replace Russia as hosts of 2023 IIHF Worlds

The International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) has announced today (Friday) that the Latvian capital of Riga and the Finnish city of Tampere will stage next year’s World Championship, while Switzerland has been awarded hosting rights for the 2026 event.
