Football's world governing body Fifa has issued Barcelona with a transfer ban covering two windows and a fine of CHF450,000 (€370,000/$509,000) after finding the Spanish Liga club and the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) guilty of breaches relating to the international transfer and registration of players under the age of 18.
