Fifa claims latest win in third-party ownership battle

World football’s governing body, Fifa, has claimed its latest legal victory over its stance on third-party ownership (TPO) of players after the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) ruled on a case involving Belgian club Seraing United.
