The International Basketball Federation (Fiba) has unveiled 13 destinations for this year’s Fiba 3x3 World Tour, the three-a-side basketball series for city-based professional teams.
The first event will be staged at the Futaarayama Shrine in the Japanese city of Utsunomiya from May 14 to 15. It will be the fifth time the city has hosted a 3x3 World Tour event. Organisers will look to build on the popularity of the half-court basketball format in Japan following its showing at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
