Female athletes to the fore as IPC reshapes Paralympic Games programme

The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) has today (Monday) confirmed the make-up of the sports programme for the 2020 summer Paralympic Games, with record female participation set for Tokyo and changes in the attribution of medal events for a number of sports, including reductions for athletics and swimming.
