TGI Sport, the Bruin Capital and Quadrant Private Equity-backed media and marketing agency, has concluded a trio of acquisitions in the virtual, digital and LED advertising marketplace by agreeing a deal to buy London-based sports advertising sales agency Sportseen.

The announcement of the deal comes shortly after SportBusiness revealed the company had signed off on an agreement to buy specialist virtual advertising solutions company Interregional Sports Group (ISG) two weeks ago. This was followed by a deal to buy US-based virtual advertising and virtual product placement company Brand Brigade, announced last week.
