Sports data and technology company Stats Perform is to enter mediation with the Argentinian Football Federation amid a long-running legal dispute over betting video and data rights to Argentinian football, SportBusiness understands.
The mediation is to take place today (Wednesday) in Buenos Aires but is not expected to lead to an accord. Instead, it is considered a necessary procedural step in a protracted legal process before Stats Perform files a breach of contract claim.
