Esports Elgiganten Ligaen seals first TV rights deal

The Elgiganten Ligaen, a Danish Counter-Strike: Global Offensive league, has secured its first media-rights deal in the country, with public-service broadcaster DR.

The league’s organiser, Dust2.dk, has sold rights to the three finals in 2021 to DR. The rights are exclusive which means that the league finals will not be streamed on Twitch, the traditional home for esports viewers.
