Endeavor sells Diamond Baseball Holdings subsidiary to Silver Lake in $280m deal

Endeavor has been forced to call time on its significant entry into Minor League Baseball after just eight months, with the sports and entertainment conglomerate selling its 10-team Diamond Baseball Holdings subsidiary to US private equity firm Silver Lake for $280m (€275m).

A deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of the year. Silver Lake is an investor in Endeavor.
