ECA members agree to FFP and Champions League reforms, Al-Khelaifi celebrates Uefa JV

Members of the European Club Association (ECA) have backed plans to modernise Financial Fair Play rules, as well as new proposals for Uefa Champions League qualification that will be partially based on historical performance.

The ECA held a two-day general assembly meeting in the Austrian capital of Vienna this week, with a number of topics discussed by member clubs.
