Dorna Sports warns Suzuki against ‘unilaterally’ quitting MotoGP

Dorna Sports has warned MotoGP team Suzuki against violating the terms of their commercial agreement by "unilaterally" exiting the motorcycling series after reports suggested the team will dissolve later this year.

Dorna, the exclusive commercial rights-holder of MotoGP, said the Japanese manufacturer cannot independently decide to leave the series under the terms of the five-year commitment it signed last year.
