Alejandro Domínguez has been re-elected for a third term as president of the South American Football Confederation (Conmebol).
The Paraguayan official ran unopposed and was re-elected by a unanimous vote of Conmebol’s 10 member associations during the Conmebol Congress held in Doha, Qatar on Friday ahead of the draw for the 2022 World Cup.
