Formula One chief executive and president Stefano Domenicali has suggested new grands prix in Africa and Las Vegas are under consideration as the motor racing series assesses further expansion of its annual calendar.

Speaking to UK broadcaster Sky Sports, Domenicali said the series had "potential" to step up to 24 races, from 23 at present. He added that there is enough interest from would-be hosts for 30 races per season.
