Dentsu ‘agrees to sell’ RPM Sports, MKTG Spain in management buyout

Japan-based marketing group Dentsu is reported to have reached an agreement to sell its RPM Sports and MKTG Spain subsidiaries as part of a management buyout deal with the latter’s chief executive, Jesús García.

As part of the agreement, García will hold a 75-per-cent stake in the two companies, according to 2Playbook in Spain. García will be supported by Juan Draper and Cristian Llorens.
