David Levy, the experienced American sports and media executive, has been appointed by media agency Horizon Media as the co-chief executive of its new Horizon Sports & Experiences (HS&E) vertical, alongside former Momentum Worldwide CEO Chris Weil.
Levy and Weil are also equity partners in the new venture.
