International tyre manufacturer Davanti has renewed and expanded its multi-year global sponsorship with Premier League football club Everton.

Under the deal, Davanti remains Everton’s ‘Official Global Tyre Partner’ with the objective of increasing its presence in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Far East and South America.

The expansion of the deal will also allow Davanti to benefit from enhanced exposure across Everton’s digital channels and at the club’s stadium Goodison Park on matchdays.

The announcement coincided with Davanti’s first ‘International Dealer Conference’, held on Saturday, 28 February, at Goodison Park, where the company highlighted the impact of the sponsorship on Davanti’s global growth.

Alan McTavish, commercial director at Everton, said the club has worked closely with Davanti over the last three years to help maximise its brand visibility across global markets. He said: “We aspire for longevity in all of our partnerships and in line with our own commercial ambitions and growth plans, it’s fantastic that our partners are extending and growing their relationships with us.”

Everton’s renewed and enhanced deal with Davanti follows similarly expanded deals with Italian food brand Fratelli Beretta and Russian industrial and communications conglomerate USM Holdings ahead of the 2019-20 season.

Fratelli Beretta became Everton’s first Official Academy Partner for the 2019-20 season, with front-of-shirt branding on the club’s academy kits.

USM Holdings, which acquired the naming rights to Everton’s Finch Farm training ground in 2017, added the position of Official Matchday Presenting Partner to its deal, while two companies within its portfolio, MegaFon and Mail.ru Group, feature on the shirt sleeves of Everton’s first-team training wear.
