Danish Superliga and ESL given extra time to resolve branding dispute

The Danish Superliga and the European Super League venture led by Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and Juventus have agreed to a cooling off period in a legal battle over the brand attached to their properties.

The two organisations have been at loggerheads over the issue at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), according to Spanish newspaper El Periódico de España (EPE).
