Cowboys draw backlash for Black Rifle Coffee partnership

The National Football League's Dallas Cowboys have drawn an intense and immediate backlash for announcing a partnership with coffee company Black Rifle Coffee Company in the wake of a July 4 mass shooting in Highland Park, Illinois, which has so far resulted in seven deaths as well as multiple injuries.

The Salt Lake City, Utah-based company is owned by former members of the armed forces of the United States. Products have gun and military themes, including AK-47 Espresso Blend, Silencer Smooth Roast, Gunship Roast, and Murdered Out.
