Coritiba agrees historic takeover deal with Treecorp Partners

Brazilian private equity firm Treecorp Partners has reached an agreement to purchase Campeonato Brasileiro Série A football club Coritiba in a deal worth more than R$1.3bn (€239m/$262m).
