COE, Spanish Government and Catalunya approve 2030 Olympics bid plan

The Spanish Olympic Committee (COE) has announced that the proposed plan for a joint bid for the 2030 winter Olympic and Paralympic Games by Catalunya and Aragon has been approved, despite the latter still being at odds with the scheme put forward.
