Chinese leagues to resume home-and-away fixtures amid financial problems

The Chinese Football Association has outlined its intention for the top domestic football leagues in China, including the Chinese Super League, to resume home-and-away fixtures from April.

In a memo circulated to clubs in the top three divisions, the CFA said it wanted to “create an environment for survival and development” of professional football in the country amid lingering financial difficulties.
