CAS upholds Russia’s Paralympic Games ban

Russia will be forced to miss the upcoming summer Paralympic Games after the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) today (Tuesday) upheld the International Paralympic Committee’s (IPC) decision to ban the nation’s athletes from the event.
